Jack Black’s band Tenacious D responded to the assassination attempt against Donald Trump by saying, “Don’t miss Trump next time,” during a performance on Sunday.
Tenacious D made the tasteless remark to the audience during a performance in Sydney, Australia, just twenty-four hours after the incident where the former president came within inches of losing his life.
While it remains unclear which band member made the remark, some reports identified the speaker as Kyle Gass.
Jack Black recently performed at Joe Biden’s Hollywood fundraiser in June, alongside other stars such as George Clooney and Julia Roberts.

Last week, Clooney joined other Democrats calling for Biden to step down from his campaign in light of his humiliating debate performance against Trump.
In 2020, Black declared that he wanted to “save the world from Trumpian destruction.”
Hollywood stars have indulged in violent rhetoric against Trump while projecting their sadistic fantasies onto Trump supporters, claiming they are the violent ones.
