Spanish Gov’t Sprayed Toxic ‘Biocide Chemtrails’ Across Cities During Lockdown, Official Docs Reveal

Recently unearthed government documents reveal that Spain’s socialist Government authorized the dispersal of chemicals over densely populated areas during the COVID-19 lockdown.

A Royal Decree published in Spain’s Official State Gazette declared a state of emergency due to the pandemic, allowing the use of biocidal chemicals.

These chemicals, according to the decree, were to be applied through “aerial” methods rather than manual means.

The Official Directive

The decree, issued on April 16, 2020, granted Spain’s Armed Forces and Emergency Military Units the authority to use Ministry of Health-approved biocides to combat the health crisis.

This measure, supported by Royal Decree 463/2020, outlined extensive disinfection efforts as part of the government’s pandemic response strategy.

The document specified aerial application techniques such as nebulization and thermo-nebulization for disinfecting large areas.

“Order SND/351/2020, of April 16th, which authorizes the Armed Forces and Units and Military Emergency Units to use biocide chemicals authorized by the Ministry of Health for disinfection in order to deal with the Covid-19 Health Crisis.

Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14th, hereby declares a state of emergency for the management of the health crisis situation caused by Covid-19, which includes a series of measures aimed at protecting the welfare, health and safety of citizens and the containment of the progression of the disease and strengthen the public health system.”

It emphasized the efficiency of these methods compared to manual application, particularly in reaching obstructed or hard-to-access surfaces.

The decree granted the minister of health, Salvador Illa Roca, the authority to dictate said orders:

“Specifically, in accordance with the provisions of article 4.3 of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14th, the Minister of Health is empowered to dictate the orders, resolutions, provisions and interpretive instructions that, within their scope of action as a delegated authority, are necessary to guarantee the provision of all services, ordinary or extraordinary, in order to protect of people, goods and places, through the adoption of any of the measures provided for in article eleven of Organic Law 4/1981, of June 1, of the states of alarm, exception and site.

For the effective fulfillment of these measures, the competent authorities’ delegates may require the action of the Armed Forces, in accordance with the provided for in article 15.3 of Organic Law 5/2005, of November 17, of the National defense.

Public officials and scientific agencies have historically dismissed these claims, attributing the trails to condensation, or contrails, made primarily of water vapor.

However, the Spanish government’s decree has reignited these concerns.

Critics argue that the directive essentially sanctioned the military to disperse potentially harmful chemicals, sparking debates about transparency and public safety.

This is not the first time Spain has faced accusations of chemical dispersal.

In 2015, whistleblowers from the State Meteorological Agency alleged that planes regularly sprayed substances like silver iodide and lead dioxide to influence weather patterns.

This activity purportedly aimed to control rainfall and boost temperatures for economic benefits, particularly in the tourism and agricultural sectors.

Globally, geoengineering—large-scale interventions to manipulate the Earth’s climate—continues as the media gaslights the public.

Techniques such as spraying reflective aerosols into the stratosphere are being studied as potential solutions to global warming, though their long-term effects remain uncertain.

Geoengineering has raised ethical concerns, including its potential use as a tool for social or agricultural control.

The likes of Bill Gates have invested in climate modification projects, further fueling suspicions about the intersection of environmental efforts and broader social agendas.

One notable example includes research on spraying calcium chloride into the atmosphere to reflect sunlight and reduce global temperatures.

Critics warn that such interventions could have unintended consequences, affecting ecosystems and food security in vulnerable regions.

Writing in The Defender, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. also warned that Gates’ forays into climate control could easily be a guise for social control:

“His investment history suggests that the climate crisis, for Gates and his cronies, is no more than an alibi for intrusive social control, ‘Great Reset’-scale surveillance, and massive science fiction geoengineering boondoggles, including his demented and terrifying vanity projects to spray the stratosphere with calcium chloride or seawater to slow warming, to deploy giant balloons to saturate our atmosphere with reflective particles to blot out the sun, or his perilous gambit of releasing millions of genetically modified mosquitoes in South Florida”
