Whistleblower Drops Bombshell: ‘Govt Is Using Directed Energy Weapons on American Citizens’

A former CIA officer, who identifies under the alias “Alice,” has revealed a chilling account of injuries she claims were caused by directed energy weapons.

These incidents, officially termed “anomalous health incidents” (AHIs) but widely known as “Havana Syndrome,” have affected hundreds of U.S. intelligence, diplomatic, and military personnel, both abroad and within the U.S.

In an exclusive interview with CBS News’ Catherine Herridge, Alice shared her experience of being targeted during her service in Africa.

Describing the event, Alice recalled, “I heard a weird noise. It was a really weird sound that I’ll never forget it. And after about a second or two, I felt it in my feet, kind of like the reverb from a speaker.”

Her symptoms began almost immediately after the incident, including vertigo, head and ear pressure, and a persistent ringing in her ears. Over time, these issues escalated to traumatic brain injuries and cognitive impairments.

The attack drastically altered Alice’s life, forcing her into medical retirement in her 40s. She reflected on her previous role, managing critical national security operations.

“I was paid for my brain. I was paid for my ability to write well and to write for the president,” she shared, her voice laden with emotion. “

I was paid to meet with foreigners and to get information that would help advance U.S. security objectives. I can’t do that anymore the way I used to.”

A major focus of Alice’s claims is the CIA’s response—or lack thereof—to these incidents.

When asked by Herridge whether the intelligence community was obstructing congressional investigations, Alice was unequivocal. “It’s a cover-up, and it should be terrifying to all Americans,” she stated.

Alice accused the CIA of gaslighting victims, describing tactics “designed to make us think we’re crazy and question our own injuries.”

She alleged that the agency’s lack of transparency and refusal to take the issue seriously has left victims without adequate support, despite evidence pointing to foreign adversaries such as Russia or China as potential perpetrators.

A leaked Defense Department letter has validated the reality of these injuries, contradicting the intelligence community’s assertion that foreign involvement is “very unlikely.”

Alice highlighted this inconsistency, suggesting the CIA’s dismissal of the issue could be influenced by internal political concerns, such as protecting recruitment and retention within the agency.

A recent congressional report supported the likelihood of foreign adversary involvement, noting that many victims, including Alice, worked on issues related to Russia, cybersecurity, or election interference.

During the interview, Herridge cited intelligence suggesting high-powered microwave weapons as a plausible explanation for the symptoms reported by victims.

Although CIA Director William Burns has privately acknowledged the possibility of Russian involvement, Alice criticized the agency’s tendency to draw politically convenient conclusions. “If they’re politicizing this, what else are they not telling the president?” she questioned.

Watch

Alice described the situation as “terrifying,” voicing concerns that political biases within the CIA might be hindering a thorough investigation into these attacks.

The fallout for victims extends beyond their physical suffering. Alice disclosed that she has spent over $100,000 out-of-pocket on medical care, as many treatments for her condition are experimental and not covered by insurance. She described managing her health as a “full-time job,” further complicated by bureaucratic challenges in accessing benefits under the Havana Act.

Adding to her frustration, Alice revealed that the CIA revoked her security clearance after her medical retirement, citing “psychological conditions.” She and her legal team view this as retaliation.

Alice also noted that female officers often faced dismissive and sexist remarks, with some being told their symptoms were due to hormones or menopause rather than legitimate medical conditions.

Looking forward, Alice expressed hope for a potential Trump-Vance administration, which she believes could bring meaningful reforms.

“The phrase cleaning up the swamp is thrown around a lot in DC, but at a bare minimum, I do not believe that those people that were involved in the earlier report should be allowed to touch this,” she said.

“I think they need to actually recuse themselves or should be replaced.”

Alice’s harrowing story underscores the mounting evidence linking directed energy weapons to “Havana Syndrome” and highlights the ongoing struggle for victims to receive proper care and acknowledgment.
