5G is a complex weapons system designed to release biological or chemical payloads from graphene oxide into those who have taken the deadly mRNA jabs, according to an explosive testimony from Weapons expert Mark Steele.
A paper published entitled, “Remotely controlled electro-responsive on-demand nano therapy based on amine-modified graphene oxide for synergistic dual drug delivery” shows a cell phone can emit signals to activate a low voltage current that interacts with Graphene Oxide (GO) molecules, causing efficient delivery of drug payloads:
This study aims to determine low-voltage-controlled dual drug (aspirin and doxorubicin) release from GO surface. Here, we have demonstrated how to control the drug release rate remotely with a handy mobile phone, with zero passive release at idle time.
Steele, who provided statements in several court cases exposing the lack of credible evidence that the 5G light-emitting diode (LED) network is safe, is now laying out the truth.
“The evidence I presented to the court defeated the attempt by the local authorities and actors in the British establishment to silence me from providing the published scientific evidence on the risks posed to the public and environment from the 5G urban radar network and its ultimate purpose,” Steele said.
Steel’s recent victory in court helped highlight the actual risks of 5G deployment across the world.
He also warned the world is blindly following the plans of the global elite to terminate large numbers within populations across the globe.

“The compartmentalization of weapons systems development has played a crucial role in not alerting those within the regulatory authorities and telecommunications industry to the real purpose and intentions of those driving and funding the deployment of 5G and biological chemical weapons masquerading as COVID-19 vaccines for a planned control and command kill grid,” he said.
Steele elaborated on the connections between 5G and COVID-19 mRNA ‘vaccines.’
“The COVID-19 vaccine adverse reactions data read like the destruction of mankind as millions of North American citizens die and are injured in the medical experiment that is in breach of the Nuremberg Code and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court,” Steele said.
“The fact that the COVID-19 vaccines vector data was made in biological chemical weapons laboratories proves that they are only masquerading as vaccines, with the emerging data of sterilization, ill health and death across the West revealing their true purpose,” Steele added.

Steele says 5G targets the vaccinated due to the nano metamaterial antenna from the COVID-19 vaccine.
“Lethal Autonomous Weapons Systems (LAWS) need the 5G networks to maintain their geoposition and navigate their environment to the target,” he explained.
“These weapons cannot rely on satellite communications due to the potential for inclement weather events and signal latency to disrupt their signals so they must have localized 5G networks for the upcoming cityscape battlefield environment, for assassination capability and for battlefield domination in planned future wars.”
His claims are also supported by an article authored by Dr. Joseph Mercola and published in Children Health Defense, which points out that 5G cell signal radiation results in measurable biological and chemical changes inside the human body.

- 5G relies primarily on the bandwidth of the millimeter wave, known to cause a painful burning sensation. It’s also been linked to eye and heart problems, suppressed immune function, genetic damage and fertility problems.

- Excessive exposures to cellphones and Wi-Fi networks have been linked to chronic diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias, anxiety, depression, autism, Alzheimer’s and infertility.
